What happens after you request an appointment
- Sending a request takes about 30 seconds — pick a service, pick a day, done.
- Once Kempt confirms your appointment, a 25% deposit holds your spot. The rest is due when the work is done.
- We send a confirmation, a reminder, and an "on my way" text before we arrive.

How the price is built
$100 covers one bedroom, one bathroom, and a single story — that's the Quick Turnover level.
Airbnb Clean has 3 levels
How much reset a turnover needs depends on how the stay went — a quick reset between short bookings is a different job than resetting after a longer stay. The calculator asks a couple questions and picks the level for you.
